ParticipantHi, I’m Jordan. I have been playing some basic board games and video games most of my life. I wasn’t friends with people who played tabletop games or DnD after I started playing sports in Junior High but I never stopped playing video games and reading a lot of science fiction and fantasy. Oh, for work I help adult individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities find work in the community and do training to help them excel at what they do.
I first realized I had been missing out on playing DnD when I was invited to a tabletop gaming night with a few friends and had fun playing Betrayal at House on the Hill. After that, I started watching people play DnD on Twitch and finally, after buying a Player’s Handbook and dice, I worked up the nerve to find the Federation of Adventurers on Meetup.
I recently went to the public event at The Guild House on 6/11/19 and enjoyed meeting Clay, some other new recruits, and playing my first game. It was a great experience and I hope I get to meet more of you all and go on a few more adventures.
I am honestly open to any games DM’d here and I’m a fast learner so it doesn’t need to be 5e. I can’t host a game now but might be able to in the future. I’m available to play during the week Monday, Tuesday, and Friday nights and anytime during the weekend. I live in Orange County but work in LA county so I am willing to join any game in either county.
I know it may be boring but I liked the Ranger I made during my first game and can bring a level 2 Ranger to help any party in need. Or Clay said I could reroll any level 2 character so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Send me a DM if that’s what you’re in the market for.

ModeratorGreat to meet you!
There are always a few players looking to form a group for a home game and we should have some new DMs after Steve’s learn to DM session on the 18th that might be seeking their own group.
If you are interested in games outside of DnD5e please comment on the RPG Discovery thread. I’m currently planning to run Call of Cthulhu short learn-to-play games about once a month, but there are a ton of other great RPGs out there to learn.
