    So Ghosts of Saltmarsh includes different ships, combat rules for those ships, positions on the ships (along with special actions to take), etc. I’d like to get together with some players just to test those rules, run some combat/random sea encounters, etc and see how they gel. Right now looking at the 29th  of June and looking for a set of players/DMs who want to try it out.

    If we get enough interest, we could run 2 smaller groups with 1 DM in each group, and then have our finale be a ship to ship PVP battle or something to see how it goes! The sky sea is the limit.

     

    When: Saturday June 29th, 12:00 PM (Noon!)

    Where: TBA, maybe the guild house

    What: Testing Ship Combat rules to get familiar with them for Ghosts of Saltmarsh!

    Tentative attendance, I’d love to get into the Ghost of Saltmarsh in general and I always find ship combat a little headache inducing

    For what its worth, Ghosts of Saltmarsh doesn’t actually have much ship combat in the written modules, but there is a whole section dedicated to it in case the players do hit the high seas, so I wanted to test that out!
